When she walks in the moors of Hordaland county, Aurora resembles a fairy, a leaping light. She communes with her environment, sings and enchants the spirits of the woods and the streams, converses with the elements. Endowed with empathy, she is also capable of causing an uncontrollable chain reaction of the forces of nature when her tears happen to fall.
Upon learning of the death of her friend Noemie, a wave of sadness overtakes her. Her tears attract Manchesto. This monster spreads out across Berg, feeding on the fears and suffering of its inhabitants. Accompanied by Igor Septimus, her faithful ball of moss, Aurora will have to search in the deepest parts of herself to stop the destruction of the town.

The author
Antoine Barbar thinks he is a magician.
When no one is watching, he talks to Deegong, the invisible being perched on his shoulder. He climbs trees with his inner child. He travels the worlds on the back of a dragon, talks to fairies, listens to the singing of pixies, the music of elves. From his excursions into the planes of dreams he captures stories.
His books combine the real and the imaginary. They talk about love and friendship, travels and explorations. Hidden forces within each of us. They talk about quests and surpassing oneself. With humor and poetry, he paints strong and endearing characters. Characters who never leave him and live in a corner of his head. Also, when Antoine walks in the forest, it is not uncommon to see him talking to himself. If you meet him, don't get too close, the stories are contagious, the words are powerful, you might get carried away.

Antoine Barbar is a Parisian author. The idea for his first novelcamed at the age of 14. He will keep it in a corner of his head for a long time. It was not until 16 years later that he finally brought it to life by releasing the Chronicles of Oxar. It has since been published four other books with different universes.
